Frequently Asked Questions
How long does training take?
Training duration depends on your dog’s breed, age, temperament, and the type of training. Basic obedience usually takes 4–6 weeks, while behavioral modification may take longer.
What training methods do you use?
To be specific, we use three of the four quadrants in training: positive and negative reinforcement and negative punishment. What does this mean? It means we train without fear or pain. We do not use shock or prong collars and your dog is put in a place of success in terms of learning. Thai means we teach the dog what we want him to do, not simply punish for what he is not doing.
What breeds do you work with?
We train dogs of all breeds and sizes! Every dog has unique needs, and we tailor training accordingly.
